Y M Logistics provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and consultancy services. We act as an agent on behalf of the customer for the purpose of arranging transportation and logistics services.

We do not transport illegal items, hazardous materials undeclared as per IMDG/IATA regulations, or items prohibited by Indian Customs law. Failure to declare hazardous goods may result in penalties and legal action.
Y M Logistics is not liable for loss or damage to goods unless directly caused by our proven negligence. Liability is limited as per standard trading conditions. We strongly recommend customers opt for Cargo Insurance for comprehensive protection.
All invoices must be settled within the agreed credit period. Late payments may attract interest. Duties and taxes paid on behalf of the client are subject to immediate reimbursement.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
